GM100 Magnetic Drive Mixer is a type of industrial mixer designed for side or bottom entry applications requiring high reliability, leak-free operation, and efficient mixing. It utilizes a magnetic drive system to transmit torque from the motor to the impeller without the need for a mechanical seal, making it ideal for handling corrosive, toxic, or sensitive fluids.

The MAG 100 (specifically the Sunkaier MAG 100) is an industrial magnetic drive mixer designed primarily for high-reliability, leak-free applications in industries such as edible oil, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing.

  • Sealless Magnetic Drive: The most prominent feature is the elimination of mechanical seals. This ensures zero leakage and 100% containment of fluids, making it ideal for hazardous, toxic, or high-purity materials.
  • Bearing Technology: It utilizes sliding bearings made from Silicon Carbide (SiC), one of the hardest known materials, which provides high durability in wet environments.
  • Mounting Configurations: It is designed for side or bottom entry applications, allowing for flexible installation in various tank types, including large storage tanks.
