Filtration

Twin Roll Press Filter

Uses two rotating rolls to apply pressure to a slurry, squeezing out liquid through a filter cloth. Often used for dewatering fibrous or fine-particle materials.

Disc Filter

Consists of multiple vertical discs made of filter sectors rotating in a tank; vacuum is often applied to draw liquid through the filter cloth, leaving solids on the disc surface. Common in mineral processing.

Screw Press Filter

Uses a rotating screw inside a screened cylinder to convey and compress materials, gradually increasing pressure to expel liquid through the screen. Used for sludge, biomass, food waste, etc.
