The Sunkaier SK500 reactor mixer is a robust, vertical agitator designed for high-pressure, continuous, and batch processing in chemical and industrial applications. It features adjustable speed (5.5 kW to 750 kW), advanced sealing (mechanical or magnetic), and customizable impellers for efficient mixing, homogenization, and heat transfer, especially with highly viscous products.
Sunkaier SK500 reactor mixer features a specialized design that allows for rapid mechanical seal replacement without removing the gear motor, minimizing downtime and maintenance costs. Its clamp coupling mechanism and "swing away" capability (in specific configurations) provide exceptional convenience for seal changes, enhancing efficiency in demanding chemical applications.
