Kneaders for viscous materials
Article published on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.

Describe material changes first
An initial viscosity value does not describe the entire process. Technical discussions should also consider changes in temperature, solids content, phases, adhesion and agglomeration. Existing trial records and material samples help explain these differences.
Define the process duty
Mixing, reaction, devolatilization and drying impose different requirements. Define the main duty, sequence, batch or continuous mode, feed and discharge states and product requirements before comparing the SK3000E, SK3000S and SK3000F series.
Review the auxiliaries together
Heating media, cooling, vacuum, vapour recovery, feed and discharge, and seal auxiliaries can all affect the project boundary. Listing these items in the inquiry helps make supply scopes comparable.
What to prepare next
Prepare material information, target conditions, process or layout requirements and questions for further verification. Start with the SK3000 guide, then send the project background through the contact page.
